This course will walk you through the pizza Napoletana essentials including a mozzarella stretching demonstration! While our freshly made mozzarella cools enjoy a olive oil journey through Italy as we sample extra virgin olive oils from several different regions of Italy.
After the tasting, you will use the freshly made cheese to top your pizza before it is fired in our brick oven. Topics covered will be, the history of Pizza Napoletana, how to make and prepare your dough, essential ingredients, proper stretching and cooking techniques.
After your pizza is prepared sit back and enjoy some vino with your class!
