At Nonno Carlo, our team is among the best. We strive to maintain a positive work environment, offer flexible hours, days off, and host employee outings every month. You may see us at team trivia, TopGolf, or simply dining out in Morgantown or Pittsbugh. Our team consists of dedicated restaurant professionals, as well as first-timers in the industry, and those wanting to make a living while in college and high school. We're proud to say we have a great team who care about each other and our restaurant.
Our team works daily in an open concept kitchen. We are a counter-service restaurant. Primarily we serve sandwiches on focaccia bread and true Italian pizza. Daily tasks may include, taking orders from customers, making sandwiches, pizzas, dish washing, slicing of deli meats and cheeses, wiping tables, ect.
The only thing we require is a willingness to work with others and the ability to support one another. Knowledge of Italian food is recommended but not required.
